Jason Judge
Jason Judge, Chief Executive Officer
Judge joined ScriptLogic in 2001 as its chief executive officer. Prior to his position at ScriptLogic, Judge served as CEO of POPspace Corp. and VP of business development at WesTower through its merger with SpectraSite in 1999. His executive leadership career began in 1993 when he founded and served as president of Omni Communications and continued to work for the company through its acquisition.

Andy Langsam
Andy Langsam, President
Langsam joined ScriptLogic Corporation in 2004 with more than 15 years experience in the software industry. Most recently, Langsam spent more than seven years at BMC Software, where his most recent assignment was Vice-President of sales. Prior to BMC, Langsam held various sales management positions within IBM, his final assignment leading a global software and services industry unit. At ScriptLogic, Langsam is responsible for the day to day operations of the company and managing ScriptLogic’s impressive growth.

Andy Langsam
Jim Tedesco, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Tedesco joined ScriptLogic in 2006 from CA, Inc, where he served in senior sales management roles for 12 years including senior vice president of channel sales and most recently vice president, North American sales operations. At CA, Tedesco designed, implemented and led CA’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC) for 4 years. The CIC leveraged channel sales, direct sales and telesales models and became the nucleus for CA’s sales strategy in North America. Prior to joining CA, Tedesco founded Cambridge Systems, a consulting firm focusing on the Local Area Network market and providing custom computer software solutions.

Ben Battle
Ben Battle, Vice President, Product Development
Battle joined ScriptLogic in March, 2004 and oversees product development. He brings with him more than 20 years’ experience in development of network infrastructure products, enterprise applications and data communications systems. In his most recent position as Vice President of Engineering and Services for Digital Paper Corporation, Battle managed engineering, professional services and customer support operations. Prior to that, he ran the engineering operation at Reliacast. Battle put his engineering management expertise and talent to work prior to that for Visual Networks, Raytheon E-Systems, Grumman Data Systems and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from George Mason University.

Brian Small
Brian Small, Vice President, Product Development
Small, founder of Small Wonders Software in 1993, sold his successful business to ScriptLogic in 2003 and joined the company as VP of product development. As ScriptLogic’s VP of product development, Small leads the engineering and development of AD and server management products. Small graduated in 1992 with a computer science degree from the University of Central Florida.

Linda Hoyos
Linda Hoyos, Vice President, Finance
Hoyos joined ScriptLogic Corporation in June of 2004 with more than 15 years experience in the Accounting Management Field. Originally hired as ScriptLogic’s Corporate Controller, she was promoted to Vice President of Finance in November 2007. In this role, Hoyos oversees the Company’s Finance and Accounting department. Hoyos came to ScriptLogic from National Check Trust, where she held the position of Corporate Controller. Prior to that, she spent several years in the Telecom industry, where her most recent assignment was Corporate Controller for Nations Telecom, LLC. Prior to Nations Telecom, Hoyos held various accounting management positions within MCI/WorldCom’s Operator Services Division in San Antonio, Texas.

Dominique Cultrera
Dominique Cultrera, Vice President, Human Resources
Cultrera joined ScriptLogic in 2004 and oversees the Human Resources globally for ScriptLogic, bringing nearly 10 years of Human Resources experience with her. Previously Cultrera worked for Cenetec, a venture capital group, as the Director of Human Resources being responsible for Cenetec’s Human Resources as well as their 12 client companies. Cultrera is the President of the Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County (which is the largest chapter in the State of Florida and 12th largest in the country). Cultrera graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science, with a double major International Business and Marketing and has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.

Nick Cavalancia
Jon Rolls, Vice President, Product Management
Jon joined ScriptLogic in 2004 and brings 15 years of software industry and Windows management experience, including Product Management roles with Citrix and startups in the virtualization and web acceleration arenas. Jon’s team manages and coordinates ScriptLogic’s exploding product portfolio, driving the roadmap, product releases and delivery to market. Jon has a BSc (Hons) degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of Warwick, England.


Nick Cavalancia
Nick Cavalancia, Vice President, Windows Management
Cavalancia joined ScriptLogic in 2005 as Vice President of Windows Management, bringing over 15 years of IT experience as an accomplished consultant, trainer, columnist, speaker and author. He is responsible for the promotion and evangelism of ScriptLogic solutions to the IT community. Prior to ScriptLogic, Cavalancia owned and operated one of ScriptLogic’s most successful VARs, focusing on the design and implementation of Microsoft technologies. Cavalancia holds several IT industry certifications including Microsoft MCSE and MCT, as well as Novell MCNE and MCNI.
