A key element of any desktop management platform, Desktop Authority’s software deployment integrates the building of deployment packages (MSIs) using MSI Studio, and the deployment of those packages via the Software Deployment element. Packages reside in a replicated repository running on existing Microsoft servers and are deployed, by default, to users based on Active Directory site to ensure an optimal installation experience. Software Inventory reports can be generated to list the software installed on the managed desktops.
